Field Detection (Hive)

Hive is WPFaker's smart detection engine. It automatically scans your WordPress setup and builds a complete picture of your data structure.

What Hive Detects

• Post Types — All registered custom post types (up to 5 in Lite)
• Field Groups — ACF field groups, Meta Box meta boxes, JetEngine meta fields, etc.
• Field Types — Text, textarea, number, email, URL, date, image, file, select, checkbox, radio, repeater, group, and many more
• Field Configuration — Required fields, default values, choices, min/max values, return formats

How It Works

1. Scan — On page load, Hive queries the WordPress database and plugin APIs for registered field groups
2. Map — Each field group is mapped to its assigned post type(s)
3. Analyze — Individual fields are analyzed for type, sub-fields, and constraints
4. Template — An optimized generation template is created for each post type

Always Active

In WPFaker Lite, Hive detection is always active and runs automatically. There's no configuration needed.

Premium Feature

In WPFaker Premium, Hive detection can be toggled on/off and configured with custom field mappings.
